酒店管理（Hotel Management），是指关于酒店，餐馆和旅行与旅游业相关事务的学术研究。该专业在课程设置及核心理论等上与旅游管理在很大程度上重合，二者常合称为酒店与旅游管理（Hospitality & tourism Managment），一般仅开设于本科阶段。
