化学（Chemistry）是一门研究物质的性质、组成、结构、变化，以及物质变化规律的科学，化学是物理学的一个分支，其基本单位是原子。通常情况下，化学也被称为“中心科学”，与其它自然学科，如：物理学、地质学、生物学都有紧密的关系。
